FinOps toolkit open-source release

The Mergen FinOps toolkit is now publicly available under MIT license. Includes Terraform modules, dashboard templates, operating-model documentation, and a maturity-assessment workbook.

Healthcare Industry Summit

180 healthcare-leadership attendees in Austin. Sessions covered clinical-platform strategy, HIPAA + HITRUST programmes, and AI in clinical workflows. Recordings available on request.
