THE WORK
Real Work, Real Platform, Real Client.
Most weeks involve a mix of design, build, and review across one or two enterprise client engagements. You will spend time in the platform configuring, scripting, and integrating; in workshops with senior client stakeholders; and in internal architecture reviews.
Platform Engineering
Configure, script, and integrate across ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft, and AWS environments.
Client Workshops
Lead discovery sessions and steering committees alongside senior client stakeholders.
Architecture Reviews
Participate in internal design reviews that shape delivery standards across every engagement.
Managed Travel
Typically one to two weeks per quarter for major-program kickoffs and steering committees.

You will work in pods of 4 to 8 architects, engineers, and consultants staffed across our three global delivery centers. Pods are stable across engagements; the people you onboard with often become long-term collaborators.

Each quarter, you set development goals with your practice lead covering technical depth, client-facing skills, and methodology contribution. Mergen sponsors all platform certifications and conference attendance.
