The challenge

A global enterprise’s 12 business units each ran their own monitoring stacks. Cross-BU incidents (common given shared underlying infrastructure) couldn’t be correlated.

What we built

Unified observability platform (Datadog + ServiceNow ITOM integration). Common metrics, logs, traces. BU autonomy preserved; cross-BU dashboards for shared infrastructure.
