The challenge

What we built

ServiceNow Supplier Risk on top of SAP Ariba supplier master. Tier-1 + tier-2 dependency mapping (where data available). External signal feeds (geopolitical, weather, financial-distress). Supplier scorecards refreshed daily. Workflow when a supplier crosses risk threshold — alerts category buyer + plant ops + treasury.
