Over the last 8 years, he has specialized in building high-performing ServiceNow practices, including global delivery models, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), strategic alliances, and pre-sales frameworks. In March 2025, Bharat joined Mergen as AVP and Global Head of ServiceNow Practice, leading the ServiceNow vertical to drive operational excellence, innovation, and client success through scalable solutions and a people-first leadership approach.
